Adam Jonhson becomes a hero in the 1 - 1 draw between Manchester City and Sunderland

Manchester City rescued a 1 -1 tie against Sunderland in the very last minute. Stadium of Light was the scenario for such a vibrating game that finished with an outstanding goal scored by Adam Johnson.

The talented Johnson was born in Sunderland, but he didn't hesitate to score that amazing goal to crash Sunderland's dreams of victory that started with Kenwyne Jones ninth minute header.

The match was really equilibrated for both sides. Tevez and Bellamy were a constant hazard for Sunderland, but they could not transform those efforts in a single goal.

Roberto Mancini expressed his thougths after the match: "I'm happy now because we scored in the last seconds of the encounter, but we could have scored five or six, we played a very good football in the second part".

"Adam is a good player, but is a young footballer. I think that in the future, he will be a good player for England, but now it's just a maybe" coach Mancini said when asked about Johnson's chances to be in South Africa.

Sunderland deserved the victory, Kenwyne and the whole team proved to be better yesterday. Tevez and Bellamy were as slow as always. Johnson was lucky, that's it.

Hero? Adam Johnson is not that good for me, and far too young to be in the national team...

Tevez is a fantastic player, he was not lucky yesterday, but he will prove his class this season!
